THE INDIGENOUS COUNCIL OF RORAIMA – CIR, an organization representing the Wapichana, Macuxi, Taurepang, Sappará peoples, Yanomami, Ingarikó, Wai Wai, Yekuana and Patamona, in the State of Roraima, supported by articles 231 and 232 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, as well as by the Convention No. 169 of the International Labor Organization (ILO), through its Legal Advisory, presents this TECHNICAL NOTE on legitimacy the right of indigenous organizations to vote in the process of choosing the coordination of the Insikiran Institute of the Federal University of Roraima – UFRR.
