Training workshop brings together regional secretaries

Conducting the workshop was Davison Buckley, project department of the Indigenous Council of Roraima (CIR), which had the support of the Indigenous Youth Nucleus, and the Vice Coordinator, Enock Taurepang. The meeting took place from August 1 to 2 at the organization's headquarters in Boa Vista, bringing together 11 participants who perform the function of regional secretaries from the Murupu, Surumú, Amajari, Serra da Lua, Tabaio, Baixo Cotingo, Wai Wai and Raposa regions.

The training included a practical exercise of narrative report, which becomes a tool, to tell the dialogues and decisions within the regions, which consist of general meetings, community activities, complaints, appointments of tuxauas and internal reports, which were included in the minutes, so that everyone has access when requested.

The meeting was supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy Project (ERN).
