Video recordings made by residents corroborate the community's complaint where it is possible to see planes flying over the houses during the eviction.

The Serra da Moça Indigenous Land is surrounded by soy farms, a fact that implies the serious health and safety situation of its communities, which does not justify the dumping of pesticides in their homes and/or in their production and preservation territory.

The Indigenous Council of Roraima is following the case through its Legal Advisory, and demanding urgent action from the competent authorities in relation to the situation, reaffirming its commitment to defending the well-being of indigenous communities.
