Between October 19 and 22, coordinator Enock Taurepang, together with the assistant of the Administrative Finance Department (DAF), Vanessa Ana Bento, visited the regional offices of Murupú, Alto Cauamé, Tabaio, Amajari, Surumú, Baixo Cotingo, Raposa and Serra da Lua. The visits took place with the objective of verifying the equipment and structures.
The visit carried out by the coordination to the offices was made to inspect if the materials were used, if they are and if they are of good quality to obtain positive results within the regions, communities and also within the organization, always prioritizing improvements. The offices also help the communicators of the regions in their activities.
In the Tabaio region, the tuxaua José Carlos, from the Anta 1 community, thanked the support of the CIR and the Royal Norwegian Embassy (ERN), in the construction of a house for raising chickens. In which he is also part of the projects such as the offices.
"We intend to raise 150 chicks, divided into 100 laying hens and 50 caipirão. Aiming at the improvement of the community, with the support of ERN and CIR, I would like to thank you very much", said the tuxaua.
The regions presented the structures and equipment that consist mainly of computers, cell phones, projectors, printers and cameras, among other basic equipment for internal and external communication in the regions. Some offices have already been built and are used continuously.
The structuring in other locations, due to the pandemic, was being built slowly, also aiming at the health of employees and the community. However, the equipment already helps the regions significantly.
Coordinator Enock Taurepang spoke about the importance of monitoring the activities of the areas, in addition to hearing possible improvements in the partnership.
"Every year we go to the bases to see how the structures are, the equipment if they are working and if they are of good quality, so that the CIR can continue to support the regions. We know that to maintain a structure requires some expenses so as not to let the weather deteriorate", explained the coordinator.
The project offices are supported by the CIR and the Royal Norwegian Embassy (ERN), which also assist in the production initiatives of the regions.
