Applicants must hold a higher education degree in areas related to social sciences. Postgraduate studies are a plus in project management, advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and online collaborative platforms (spreadsheets, presentations, documents, file management, online conferencing, among others). Experience in the development, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of policies for women, experience in the development and conduct of awareness-raising and training activities on gender equality, and fluency in spoken and written Portuguese are required.
