Territorial manager Kelliane Wapichana, from CIR, highlighted the importance of valuing seeds and multiplying them in indigenous communities. "The goal is to increasingly value traditional seeds, and deliver them to the communities that are requesting them. And with that, they can multiply in other Indigenous communities. And this work is already the result of the CIR seed bank. So today we delivered to the Yanomami Indigenous Land, and they will be very satisfied", explained Kelliane.
